Job description, responsibilities and duties

Our client is world-renowned, dynamic and vibrant company with career opportunities around the wold. We are looking for Junior Network Administrator capable of responding to customer requirements for network changes and can act reactively to reported network incidents.

Main responsibilities:
- to work with network technologies (Cisco, Juniper Checkpoint)
- to work on network incidents and to process network change requests
- to provide end-to-end customer support for delivered network solutions
- to troubleshoot the network connections
- to prepare reports and follow ITIL guidelines
- to participate on projects according to the role
- to complete all allocated tasks according to the request by superior within the scope of agreed job area

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

Requirements:
- mandatory: CCNA certification or knowledge corresponding to the same level
- English - advanced (B2)
- knowledge of various network platforms
- knowledge of Virtual Private Networks, their setup, configuration on various platforms
- knowledge of operating systems Windows, Unix, Linux
- knowledge of Network Management Servers and Network Authentication servers
- understanding basic concept of network security
- basic knowledge of ITIL and its application
- advantage: 1+ year of core network experience
