Job description, responsibilities and duties
For our client – internationally renowned IT Company with established processes – we’re looking for Team Leaders and Managers to join their branch in Kosice.
Responsibilities:
- responsibility for team’s delivery with focus on meeting the team’s target, KPI and global company’s SLAs and OLAs
- responsibility for update of existing processes per business needs,
- planning of resources to support business needs, 2nd and 3rd level of support, 24x7 duties
- act as Manager on Duty in international environment within established escalation path
- planning of business unit costs, analysis of costs, execution of actions to decrease costs
- people development (team development plan, individual development plan), performance reviews, annual salary check
