Job description, responsibilities and duties

Scope of work:
• To provide full general HR support to the business, covering all facets of HR in compliance of the overall business strategies.
• Implement locally the HR Strategy of the zone. Meet and exceed HR KPI’s and targets defined for the country
• Lead all initiatives related to employee engagement and internal climate surveys
• Identify and recruit talented professionals from the market to cover internal open positions
• Manage the performance appraisal process
• Talent management. Identify high potentials and follow-up on the development plan of talented people
• Training & development. Implement and monitor the training schedule, following relevant needs as identified in the performance appraisals process. Ensure efficiency
• Support internal policies and actions related to compensations and benefits
• Generate HR reports
• Participate in zone HR projects and implement those locally
• Promote Adecco Group corporate values and principles and ensure these are reflected in the approach to people management within the business
• Maintain a positive working environment
• To provide HR consultancy regarding the Labour Code to management and employees
• To cover onboarding processes for newcomers
• To actively communicate with managers and newcomers during the employees’ probation period to analyse the adaptation process
• To process administrative agenda for leavers, handle organizational changes and support employees in outplacement process
• To conduct exit interviews with leavers
• To participle on various HR projects
• To figure as a focal point for RPO recruitment staff

Personality requirements and skills

• At least 5 years of experience as HR Generalist, covering areas like Talent acquisition, Training & Development, in a service industry company, preferably in a multinational organisation
• Successful track record in recruitment – development and engagement of talented professionals
• University degree in Business or Social studies. Master degree in HR Management will be considered as an asset
• Fluent in English

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to build strong relationships
• Strong presentation, analytical and negotiating skills
• Planning and organisation. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadline oriented projects simultaneously
