Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are helping to our client to fill interesting position in financial field.

What will be your responsibility:
-Process refund payments for external partners
-Process refund payments and debits in various currencies (EUR, GBP, CHF, SEK, USD, JPY, CAD) towards travellers globally
-Monitor performance of payments processes, run reports and analysis and reply on ad hoc queries
-Interact with internal and external stakeholders and maintain active
-Continuous improvements
-Projects coordination
-implementation of Payments processes and procedures
-Coordinate and complete project set-ups to achieve milestones and objectives of small to medium projects
-internal/external business issues; recommend process or service improvements related to optimization of payment channels (credit cards, bank accounts and bank cheques)

Requirements on candidate:
• University degree
• Min. 2 years of relevant experience in Finance, Banking, Payments or Operations
• Experience with projects related to process redesign, transitions or processed takeovers
• Analytical thinking
• Innovative and creative ideas
• Independently identifies key issues, patterns or deviations
• Diligent and accurate working style
• Willingness to learn, openness and flexibility to take on new tasks and challenges
• Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
• Collaborates with others across teams
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Computer skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,)
