Manager of Customer Solutions or Technology Solutions Department, Kosice
Our client is world-renowned, young, dynamic and vibrant company with career opportunities. We’re looking for skilled Manager of department of Customer Solutions and Technology Solutions.
You’ll be responsible for
- being point of contact for day to day business matters for all customers in segment for Customer Solutions and Technology Solutions regarding nearshore operation
- organizing and coordinating activities of 150+ specialists (through 6+ direct reports (team leaders))
- planning and coordinating delivery of end-to-end service and processes in the area of customer application operation, management and provisioning
- functionally reports to the CSO and TSO organization
- keeping balance between global and local interests
Other responsibilities
- Establish and nurture relationships with clients and other stakeholders for effective communication and expansion of existing operational capabilities in the nearshore in line with global unit strategy
- Develop and implement mid-term tactical plans and implementation projects for new business pipeline, manage order pipeline on a project basis and sign-off takeover into operation documentation with process owners
- Operationally manage critical situations and solve escalations to provide seamless operation and effective service to clients; participate in the MoD processes and on-call shifts
- Deliver services/solutions to clients in agreed quality and quantity structure according agreed contracts, SLA, OLA, etc
- Coordinate and control activities within assigned unit to deliver Quality KPI’s and relevant customer satisfaction expectations
- Plan, adjust and control financial and other business plans to be able to effectively manage business of own organizational unit
- Control finance and efficiency management initiatives and production variance across the assigned organizational units and sub-units
- Actively steer capacity of the assigned organizational unit in terms of optimizing human resources in order to guarantee quality of results, SLA fulfillment and effective operation.
Who are we looking for? You’re one foot in if you have:
- University degree (Master's degree preferred) in Informatics or Economics field or other relevant education
- 6+ years of professional experience in IT industry involving at least 2 functional areas/fields of Information and Communication Technology service delivery
- 4+ years active experience in managing people, teams and/or projects with min 20 members
- 2+ years of experience in service management (e.g. SLAs, ITIL, financial management, driving down unit cost, KPI reporting) combined with a customer focused and results oriented drive
- English (mandatory) – B2+ (verbally, written, reading)
- German (mandatory) – B2+ (verbally, written, reading)
- Financial literacy – planning, breakdown and elaboration of budgets
- Project management skills
- Professional communication (executive mgt level) and across organization
- Test & Training experience
- Coaching and leadership skills with demonstrated ability to establish credibility and raport with staff as well as business contacts
- self-motivated personality, with the ability to deliver results and meet timelines with minimal direct supervision, demonstrates values such as openness, mutual respect, honesty and trust with team members
- sensitivity to working in multicultural environment and respecting values of others and diversity, demonstrates adherence to Guiding Principles
