IT Team Leader or SAP Team Leader, Kosice

We’relooking for IT team leader for team of SAP developers and consultants to join our client’s Kosice branch team. Are you people person? Do you have skills leading team of twenty? Do you enjoy planning and control? We want you! Fluent in English is a must and our client prefers candidates with German.

You’ll be responsible for
- plannig employees‘ working time, on-call duty, leave days
- development and training of employees
- target & goal planning for the team, based on company’s priorities
- task/project execution and control of targets
- annual salary check of employees in the team
- meeting structure
- teambuilding / integration of new employees

You will also have chance to prove the trust placed in you haven’t been misplaced when it comes to
- responsibility for leading the team of SAP developers and consultants
- responsibility for process and projects
- responsibility for fulfillment of Operational Level Agreement
- resource planning
- process & rules development and adjustments
- product transitions & transformations

To the cost center you’ll report the
- costs planning & recursive budget control
- costs analysis & costs reduction initiation

Who are we looking for? You’re one foot in if you have:
- University education (Bachelor's or Master’s degree)
- 2 years of experience leading a team
- the English you speak/read/write on advanced level
- the German (intermediate will do, aby better is a big plus)
- overview about IT, Project Management and SAP (Systems, Applications & Products in Data Processing)
- the ability to act as a Key Account Manager
- the ability to take over the responsibility for leading the team and the operation process
- the methodology knowledge related to IT organization and you understand workflow in production of IT-services
- developed personality
- assertivity
- very good communication and soft skills
- the ability to work autonomously and independently and yet be a part of team
