Job description, responsibilities and duties

For our client, an international company, we are hiring reliable, thorough and proactive person who will be responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and companies.

You will be assisting with many administrative tasks like orders, billings, errors, client complaints, account questions, cancelations, and many other queries.

Your main responsibilities will be:
- Assisting with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
- Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers
- Advise on company information
- Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale
- Suggest solutions when a product malfunctions
- Handle product recalls
- Sell products and services
- Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
- Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction

What are the necessary personality requirements and skills?
- Fluent level of English (B2) and French (B2) language
- Enthusiasm and strong self-motivation
- Strong prioritization and time management skills, with a high degree of flexibility
- Knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook
