Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are searching for our client for suitable candidate experienced in PROCUREMENT area and experienced in NEW PROJECTs transition.



Suitable Candidate will be responsible for:
-Communication with client side
-Design processes and proceduress in cooperation with client and implementation
-Risk management
-Updates based on clients needs
-Implementation of tools and processes if needed
-Suggestion of Improvements if needed
-Taking responsibility for project from start (start of new procurement support team in centrum)
-Cooperation with client side / team on client side
-Responsibilityfor transitionof new Project (team structure/tasks, systems will be used, processes...)
-Responsibility for knowledge transfer, to make sure all needed processes and procedures will be implemented in outsourced team
-Organization of training sessions
-Implementation of tools needed for client support
-Preparation of project specific procedures based on client needs and delivered service in procurement area
-Costs and benefits management
-Define, build, and implement workable components of the Program by leveraging existing standard solution components and best practices a as much as possible

Requirements on candidate:
- minimum 4 years experience on similar position, all together at least 7-8 years of general experience
- English and German language on very good level
- we are looking for analytical person with strong negotiation skills
- flexibility, availability to travel if needed
- strong knowledge of procurement process

Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)
