Job description, responsibilities and duties
Our client, an international company in finance sector is seeking a Product Manager for its market leading commercial insurance products and services.
This position will be responsible for the following duties:
- Drive development and management of all product lines offered by the company with careful balance given to customer impacts and financial performance
- Develop a competitive intelligence approach to product development increasing the company’s ability to accurately design, enhance, and launch products
- Prepare, monitor, and give analytical insight on filing activity, competitive landscape, competitive analysis, market share, and emerging impacts to the business
- Coordinate product management activities with sales, operations, underwriting, claims, and other business partners both in and outside the company
- Provide technical support related to product development
- Takes leadership role in special projects for certain states or industry groups

What are the necessary personality requirements and skills?
- Minimum four years of work experience in an insurance environment required
- Fluent level of English and German language
- Enthusiasm and strong self-motivation
- Strong prioritization and time management skills, with a high degree of flexibility
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office with proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong analytical and technical skills are necessary
- Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
