-
Managing risk while addressing regulatory uncertainty has emerged as one of the most critical areas of business operations.
- The Enterprise Technology Solutions (ETS) group focuseson helping our businesses take a more holistic view of risk -- one that allows Risk Managers to manage, measure and actively mitigate risks taken by the firm.
-The decision to establish a development team to enhance its global reach and capabilities and build on the success of the Budapest Technology Center.
-This is developmentrole in which the developer is expectedto participate in the development of detailed object-oriented designs and implementations, implement unit-tests and system tests, provide ongoing maintenance and support as needed.
- Responsibilities include regular tracking of progress and providing regular feedback on issues and concerns to assist the team in improvingthe quality of the software and services we provide.
-The role will be to work as part of a collaborative, agile development team, who are responsible for the development of many new analytical models to support consumer risk management.
- These models are critical tothe firm as they feed into calculationsused determine regulatory capital and provide many key risk measures used by risk managers to help make future business decisions.
-Must be an innovator with strong mathematical skills who is able to work under the direction of program lead. Will be responsible for development of various risk and analytic components. Subject areas include: Basel 2 RWA calculations, including risk parameters:PD, CCF, LGD, EAD Statistical Models (Accuracy ratios, t-tests)


Qualifications
- Experience leading teams of 5 or more developers using Waterfall SDLC or Agile methodology
- Senior level expertise in either core Java (7-10 years)
- Spring Framework, JDBC ORACLE
-Strong mathematical background OR C# and ASP.Net. development OR experience in HSM platform engineering and implementation
-knowledge of statistical optimization methods is especially helpful
-Self motivated with good time management skills and multi-tasking ability
-Excellent communication skills(English required)
-Entrepreneurial attitude with a strong sense of ownership
-Development of comprehensive unit test harnesses
-Understanding of agile development, object oriented analysis and design, design patterns, and high performance computing
-Experience developing in Linux or other Unix-family operating system Experience in any of the following would be an advantage
-Experience developing high-performance analytics
- Knowledge or experience in Consumer Risk
-Experience using SQL and PL|SQL
-Caching technology knowledge (gemfire)
