SAP Team Leader - Telecommunications

We are looking for candidates for the position SAP Team Leader. Our client is an international Telecommunications company based in Košice.

Main responsibilities

- Leading teams of SAP developers and consultants onsite, participating on international projects – responsible for staffing international teams
- Responsible for project delivery – running phase of projects, delivery according to Operational Level Agreement
- Planning resources, creating project rules and processes, preparing project documentation
- Responsibility for cost balance – preparing cost calculation and controlling the costs through the running phase of projects, focusing on keeping the costs low
- Training and coaching the team members, responsibility for their performance
- Integration of new employees, preparing team meetings, time schedules (including working time, covering missing hours, etc.)

Desired skills and experience

- University education (Bachelor or Master)
- Fluent in English language – corporate language of the company
- Experience with IT Project Management, ability to represent the company during client meetings, ability to sell the service and gain new customers
- Knowledge of SAP and SAP project management
- Knowledge about and experience with methods, organization and production of IT-services
- Ability to lead the team and be responsible for the project delivery
- Pro-active work approach, very good communication skills

- Ability to work autonomously and independently, flexibility
