For our client in Lithuania we are looking for a Head of CAMO (Continuing AirWorthiness Management Organisation) department.

Your responsibilities will include:
- planning and forecasting heavy maintenance and other maintenance events;
- preparing RFP for base maintenance and engine repairs;
- providing work orders to the maintenance contractors and controlling work orders performance;
- planning and arranging aircraft phase in/out;
- engines management;
- monitoring aircraft and engines condition;
- covering AOG out of hours;
- ensuring that maintenance is performed in compliance with company policies, EASA and other applicable regulations;
- monitoring airworthiness directives and non-mandatory OEM publications and applying these when needed;
- announcing tenders for maintenance works and materials, evaluating proposals and choosing the best one (value for money);
- budgeting CAMO department budget, following the budget and approving the invoices;
- scheduling maintenance (short/medium and long term schedules) and following the schedules prepared. Updating the schedules with purchase (work) orders;
- performing critical path and near-critical path schedule analysis. Identifying and assisting in mitigation of program schedule risk;
- performing in-depth analyses and preparing maintenance related reports for top management review.

Requirements:
- at least 5 years of experience in continuing airworthiness management (working with A320 and B737 would be an advantage);
- aeronautical degree or Part 66 B1 or B2 license;
- excellent knowledge of EASA Part M regulations;
- experience in high capacity RPT and/or charter type operations;
- ability to prioritize tasks to achieve different project milestones at the same time;
- ability to react quickly and accurately to the events causing changes in the scheduled maintenance program;
- ability to understand, interpret and apply regulatory requirements and agreements signed;
- ability to work both independently and in a team;
- tolerance for stress;
- good communication skills - both verbal and written;
- fluent in professional English – both written and spoken.
