Assistant for Sales Dept. with German & English

For our client, an international company, we are hiring reliable, thorough and proactive person who will be responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and companies.

She/he will be assisting with many administrative tasks like orders, billings, errors, client complaints, account questions, cancelations, and many other queries.

Your main responsibilities will be:
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
- Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers
- Advise on company information
- Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale
- Suggest solutions when a product malfunctions
- Handle product recalls
- Sell products and services
- Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
- Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction

What are the necessary personality requirements and skills?
- Fluent level of English (B1) and German (C1) language
- Enthusiasm and strong self-motivation
- Strong prioritization and time management skills, with a high degree of flexibility
- Knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook
