WHAT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?
- Responsibility for identification of customer needs and detailed specification into technical documentation
- Responsibility for accuracy of orders and technical documentation with use of internal tools
- Managing processes within internal teams and direct communication with clients
- Managing priorities based on project needs (large international clients)
- Direct communication with clients (email, telephone, occasional travel abroad)
- Reporting directly to Services Sales Manager

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A CANDIDATE WITH:
- previous experience with handling customer requests or sales/sales administration (min. of 2 years)
- previous experience with processing orders or contracts is advantage
- ability to interface with client
- fluent English is a MUST
- knowledge of other language - advantage
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel
- Orientation in legal environment is an advantage
- process and customer orientation
- ability to work independently
- very good communication skills
- ability to coordinate various projects and virtual teams
