Supplier quality development engineer

Process & Methods

- Self-responsible development, implementation and auditing of quality processes and methods (Train the Trainer and 6 Sigma principles) at all sites for all departments of the company

- Regular Group-wide coordination and implementation of Best Practice for (quality-) processes and methods

- Assumption of process responsibility

- Pursuance and monitoring of the relevant 8-D reports, the goods assessment and the quality-relevant ECOs

- Supporting the continual supplier evaluation and controls

Auditing

- Implementation of quality, effectiveness and methods audits with the aim of self-responsible initiation and pursuance of structured improvement projects in the case of systematic deviations

Training & Coaching

- Coaching of quality processes and methods in all plants and all departments, as well as of improvement projects of different departments/sectors
Professional coaching and training of the Quality departments in all plants

ISO 9001 / 14001 / 18001

- Ensuring the conformity of the Group processes with the requirements of the ISO 9001 / 14001 and independent initiation and implementation of projects to eliminate non-conformities in the plants

- Preparation and support in the implementation of external audits in the plants

- Self-responsible further development of QM content to ensure Best Practice

What we require:
- Graduate engineer in mechanical/electrical engineering (Technical College)
- Professional experience, more than four years in a Quality department
- Quality management, additional training, knowledge of the procedures/processes of all business processes
- Management systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 18001), Q methods; 6 Sigma, auditing experience
- Language skills spoken and written English
- PC skills – MS Office
- active driver, business trips to foreign countries
