Procurement Services Lead

We are searching for candidate for our client operating in outsourcing services, serving a large clients worldwide. This role is to manage the operations and team in Bratislava. Candidate must have a strong desire and proven experience to build relationships that provide lasting benefits for our client.

Responsibilities

· Team Lead will provide guidance, instruction, direction and leadership to the Operational and Sourcing team.
· Ensuring teamwork, monitor quantitative and qualitative results to be achieved.
· Initiating and continuously building complex internal and external stakeholder relationships at all levels of leadership
· Ensure that operational processes and program meets agreed upon customer expectations
· Work with global delivery team in terms of reporting, client challenges and profitability of program
· Effectively interface with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and suppliers to negotiate optimal terms for sourcing.
· Preparing and conducting regional negotiations
· Developing and managing individual or multiple category sourcing plans
· Achieve cost savings through the approved sourcing methods of the company
· Manage procurement system (SAP)
· Reporting
· Meeting targets as per SLA & adherence to process Compliance


Requirements

· 3+ years experience in team leadership role.
· 5+ years experience in Procurement operations and-Strategic Sourcing, primarily servicing EMEA
· Negotiation and analytical skills in general procurement
· Strong dedication to internal client (stakeholders)
· Used to work under pressure
· Advanced/Strong English is a must, more languages skills is a plus (German or French)
· Experience with SAP is a plus
