Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Supporting the arrangements for business trips of foreign as well as Slovak colleagues (booking of hotels, flights, cabs, trains);
• Supporting the administration of internal processes (administration of documents, contracts);
• Communicating with authorities, parent company and service suppliers (office material, business trips);
• Developing internal documents in the German/English language;
• Preparing translations from and to German/English and Slovak;
• Other administrative tasks (accepting mail, introducing and recording visitors);
