Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Manage and develop publisher relations through the full life-cycle of the campaign
- Managing the publisher network and communicating offers with publishers
- Maximising campaign performance by liaising with publishers personally
- Maintain active dialogue with all publishers and members of the digital sales teams across EMEA
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team to deliver results and meet account goals
- Prospecting new publishers and establishing new relationships
- Ensuring all IO’s are sent out in a timely manner with correct information
- Ensuring client provides all information including offer description and user journey

• Flexible with a strong ability to adapt to international partners. Success in fast-paced environments, especially juggling multiple deadlines
• Background in digital marketing, advertising sales, account management.
• Driven, passionate, flexible, and an ultimate team player
• Strong written and oral communication skills and fluency in English & French. A third language will be appreciated.
• Have a thorough understanding of the dynamic international media market.
• Willingness and aptitude to think outside the box. This position requires a mature and confident business approach to sales development.
• Creative thinker who can come up with innovative solutions and ideas to align our company with our prospective advertisers.
• Experience in mobile – video – programmatic strongly preferred
• Attention to detail and proficient managing pipeline and revenue.
• This is a demanding role and the candidate will need to work well under pressure and have the ability to manage their own work load as well as working as part of a team.
