Job description, responsibilities and duties

• You will be helping the most data rich companies in our region to grow up their direct marketing and online marketing using the most progressive marketing automation tools (IBM, Exponea, SAS…)
• One day helping with technical integration of the marketing automation tool-stack in Telco or Bank environment, other day bringing new ideas how to retarget or acquire new customers to grow business of the biggest companies in region
• This job will offer you opportunities to participate in wide variety of local and international projects in Central and South-Eastern Europe (job locations in Slovakia, Austria, Hungary, Romania and similar)

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Educational Specialization

Mathematical Insight, Marketing or Economic Insight, Data Science, Business Analysis, Big Data, Data Analysis, Data Mining, Data Business Intelligence, Predictive Analytics, Oriented in marketing automation/online marketing

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Computer skills - programmer

SQL - advanced
HTML - basic
CSS - basic
JavaScript - basic

Personality requirements and skills

For your work you will need:

• Hands-on experience with SQL
• Experience with online and direct marketing is an advantage (knowledge of one of these tools is a plus however not a requirement: IBM Unica / Unica Campaign, Optimize, Interact, Detect, Marketing Operations; IBM Marketing Cloud / Silverpop; SAS Marketing Automation, SAS Realtime Decision Manager, Exponea, Adobe Marketing Cloud)
• Data analytical skills, online and direct marketing experience
• Analytical thinking, well organized, consulting spirit, willingness to learn
• Flexibility to travel if needed
• Written and spoken professional English
• Must love analytics, data and direct marketing
