Job description, responsibilities and duties
Overview:
Convert customer supplier prospects or leads in customers joining our community services paying an annual subscription fee. Meet monthly and annual sales targets related to conversions.
Responsibilities
-Making outgoing calls on a daily basis and responding to incoming calls in a timely fashion.
-Calling through sales leads and following the cycle through to sale closure.
-Following up database mail shots by telephone to establish sales leads.
-Develop creative pitches and propositions aimed at differing industry sectors
-Hitting average daily KPIs (both in terms of calls and minutes)
-Achieving monthly revenue targets
-Attending monthly team meetings to discuss issues, suggestions etc. relating to the running of the sales team.
-Attend morning huddles at 8.45am to review previous day and to set daily objectives
-To carry out any additional duties as requested.
-To work within a framework of corporate standards and policies.
