Job description, responsibilities and duties
Job
- Responsibility and full competence in quality management such as planning, auditing, testing and monitoring with continuous usage of known quality methods and practice on both national and international levels
- Implementation of process audit, process verification on sub-suppliers and clustering results after customer specialties
- Evaluation of 8D report and follow up with assessment for improvement
- Coordination between interface partners and production
- Based in Slovakia
- Travel abroad to support and meet clients
- Flexible working hours, OT support or during weekend when needed
- Workplace: Slovak

Slovak - Proficiency (C2) and English - Advanced (C1)
Personality requirements and skills
We require
- University Degree in quality management, mechanical engineer or similar degree with minimum 3-5 years of working experience in automotive industry
- Native Slovakia speaker, fluent English communication skills, Hungarian is an advantage
- Advanced knowledge and expertise in quality and project management
Direct experience with automotive developer or supplier is a big plus
- Master in typical quality methods and tools (AP2P, FMEA, PPAP/VDA, 8D, 5S). An ideal candidate is a VDA 6.3 Auditor
- Strong team player with independent thinking
- Precise working attitude, well-organized, and responsible
- Diligent, self-motivated and flexible mind-set
