ACCUMALUX Group, an independent group established in Luxembourg since 1976, with affiliates in Czech Republic, Bulgaria and Russia is still expanding. Leader in the field of plastic injection molding for production of high tech automotive and industrial batteries, ACCUMALUX Group is looking for an Operations Manager Injection Molding (M/F) for its plant in Czech Republic.
Main missions
- Responsible for factory operations
- Develops injection molding process and infrastructure
- Efficient in reducing production cost with highest productivity
- Introduces total productive maintenance
- Drives technical and operational managers by objectives
- Supports quality and security management towards automotive standards
- Reports technically to group CTO
- Reports to company management on operational level
