Job description, responsibilities and duties

Be a member of the staff in one of the most unique Mercure hotels. We are currently recruiting a FOOD & BEVERAGE TEAM MEMBER to join our team. You will work in both the restaurant and the bar of Mercure Bratislava Centrum.

We are looking for a WAITER, whose duty is to work in the hotel restaurant Signature and Bar with a new exceptional concept. He reports to the F&B Manager and F&B Supervisor.

Duties include:
-Providing a warm welcome for restaurant & bar guests
-Making recommendations from the menu/drinks lists
-Provide an excellent customer service
-Make recommendations of wine to accompany guest meals
-Provide drinks service to the tables in the bar, as required.
-To be a salesman and go beyond the general level of service expected
-To ensure that health and safety and all other required procedures are respected (HACCP)
-Providing catering services
-Invoicing and cash operations
-Handle customer complaints
