Be a member in one of the most unique Mercure hotels. We are currently recruiting for a position of a Receptionist (part-time/agreement-based) to join our team.

We are looking for a Receptionist, who is responsible for the check-in and check-out, billing and managing the daily FO duties.
Reports to the Front Office Manager & Supervisor and manages the Bellboys.
Provides quality service to the guests. Ensures guests receive a warm welcome and assistance as requested.

Duties include:
-To carry out all necessary operations when guests arrive and depart (check-in/ check-out)
-Respond to a wide range of guest requests and promote hotel facilities
-To take reservations and business enquiries out of office hours.
-English knowledge is essential, any other language is an advantage
