Job description:
- Provide support for the business with foreign client within providing the particular outsourcing services
- Handle the counterpart’s enquiries
- Work with computer systems and ticketing tools
- Use communication via phone and e-mail in a foreign language
- Deal with requirements from another side of business
- Learn new skills within professional business communication and problems’ solution
- Be an integral part of international cooperation
- Conduct the role of 1-st point of contact for transnational entities
- Create and maintain partnerships between company and external as well as internal clients in order to keep cooperation stable
- Demonstrate and use professional knowledge of the client’s base and processing in a manner which is clearly understood
- Proactively initiate follow-up calls
- Escalate and help solve the issues and seek advice when faced with non-standard issues
- Help improve client's orientation in provided services, enhance and simplify working processes
- Identify the best service solutions in order to increase the satisfaction of the business
WHAT WE
EXPECT
The ideal candidate should have:
- Good written and spoken German and English language (at least B2 level)
- Microsoft Office on user level
- Good communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients, team members and colleagues
