WHAT WILL
YOU DO

Design and communicate total reward policies, programs and initiatives aligned to the long term HR strategy and business goals. Develop and apply global guidelines, frameworks, toolkits and methodologies for the Executive Compensation discipline for the delivery of Accenture's total rewards and ensure they are relevant, competitive and affordable. Manage operational transactions as per the agreed norms.

• Contributes to the design, delivery and global operational support of the Accenture Leader compensation administration process in the following areas:
  • Assists in creation of budgets, award policies, program documentation and global reporting pertaining to base increases, bonuses, and equity.
  • Assists in creation, maintenance and support of fiscal year bonus eligible earnings calculations for all Accenture leaders, including but not limited to earnings calculations, exceptions validation and management, quality assurance and customer support.
  • Configures comp admin tool with budgets, award policies and individual leader information, and provides configuration support to address changes to individual leaders during the process.
  • Conducts testing of the compensation administration tool to ensure correct configuration of program and leader information.
  • Creates or audits post-admin operational reports provided to various stakeholder groups.
  • Coordinates process to identify leaders who require exceptions to award eligibility.
  • Assists in budget cost impact calculations, global reporting on the balancing of spend to budgets, and in the instructing of base increases and bonus payments for leaders whose award was formally changed after the close of the process.
  • Participates in meetings with business and geographic unit customers and Total Rewards Center of Expertise teams related to the design, delivery, maintenance and support of the process.
• Completes internal controls related to approval of global annual bonuses (monthly) and annual changes to salary.
• Assists in the creation or delivery of compensation calculators, analytics models, program changes and related communications; also assists in delivery of projects which address business issues or communicates program, process or policy information to stakeholders.
• Fulfills ad-hoc requests from management for information, data analysis, modeling, or reporting.
• Contributes to other projects or activities within the scope of the Executive Compensation team as needed.

WHAT WE

• 2+ years of experience within a large, multi-national organization
• Experience working in a global, multi-cultural, virtual environment
• Experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment
• 3+ years of human resource or finance experience preferred
• 3+ years of compensation experience preferred
• Advanced skills in Excel
• Strong analytical, computational and data analysis skills
• Strong business communications skills, both verbal and written
• Strong issue resolution, problem solving and conflict management skills
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Strong organizational and project management skills, including ability to work in a number of different areas daily
• Strong business, human resources, and finance acumen
• Strong teamwork, collaboration and customer interaction skills
• Ability and comfort in working with large volumes of data
• Proficient in Powerpoint, Word and Outlook
• Ability to take responsibility for delivering professional high quality work to deadline
• Proven ability to work both independently and as a team member
• Ability to think creatively

• A flexible attitude to working hours as necessary as the role is required to work effectively across multiple time zones
• Occasional travel may be required
