WHAT WILL
YOU DO

The Office Safety & Compliance Coordinator is responsible mainly for ensuring that security processes and procedures within a country or location are properly applied and adhered to. He/she performs a variety of services to maintain the safety and security of employees and their working environment.

  • Access management
  • Security cameras management
  • Solving security incidents
  • End-to-end responsibility for the correct and timely processing of security reviews (monthly/quarterly)
  • Participating on Security Policy update and ensuring the provisions of the Policy are being followed
  • Solving technical issues of the access control/monitoring system in coordination with external provider
  • Communication with Landlord and other service providers
  • Health & Safety management coordination
  • Processing calls from an e-mail based helpdesk within the agreed timeframe
  • Preparing on-demand reports
  • Actively participating on improvement activities, as well as the audit process related to the standard certifications
  • Executing creative communication ideas and/or smaller events targeted at employee awareness in the fields of Environmental Sustainability and Health & Safety at the workplace
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

WHAT WE

  • Position is suitable for a fresh graduate
  • Excellent attitude regarding computer use
  • Good command of English – both written and spoken (B2 or above)
  • Basic understanding of electronic systems
  • Ability to remain calm and use good judgment in emergency situations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (customer service)
  • Strong sense of responsibility and detail-oriented work
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Basic level of analytical thinking
