WHAT WILL
YOU DO

The Office Safety & Compliance Coordinator is responsible mainly for ensuring that security processes and procedures within a country or location are properly applied and adhered to. He/she performs a variety of services to maintain the safety and security of employees and their working environment.

Access management
Security cameras management
Solving security incidents
End-to-end responsibility for the correct and timely processing of security reviews (monthly/quarterly)
Participating on Security Policy update and ensuring the provisions of the Policy are being followed
Solving technical issues of the access control/monitoring system in coordination with external provider
Communication with Landlord and other service providers
Health & Safety management coordination
Processing calls from an e-mail based helpdesk within the agreed timeframe
Preparing on-demand reports
Actively participating on improvement activities, as well as the audit process related to the standard certifications
Executing creative communication ideas and/or smaller events targeted at employee awareness in the fields of Environmental Sustainability and Health & Safety at the workplace
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
