WHAT WILL
YOU DO

Support the customers by analyzing technical issues including problems in application functionalities and participate in investigation and resolution of problems.

• Handle all incoming helpdesk calls from the Client business, being the prime contact for customer enquiries. Use Support Works for call management providing users with estimated resolution timescales and escalate issues that cannot be resolved in line with defined procedures.
• To answer incoming calls in the required time
• Distribution and management of incidents to other support level groups
• Resolution of simple and medium IT incidents
• Providing IT services, user training and support to end users

WHAT WE
EXPECT

• Student at the University
• Advanced in German and English language
• Broad understanding of MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Understand customer requirements and translate them into a technical reality that is extendable and maintainable
• Not afraid of learning new, market demanded (and valued) technologies and products
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and troubleshooting skills
• Very good problem solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
