WHAT WILL
YOU DO

The Talent Supply Demand Analyst will be the link to the partnership between HR functions in all Danubia countries in the area of Talent Supply and Demand.

This role covers multiple Talent Supply and Demand disciplines including Resource Forecasting & Planning, Supply chain and Supply-Demand Management through active involvement in long-range planning and talent planning. Collaborates with recruiting, finance, the business operators and HR teams in all countries.

The Talent Supply Demand Analyst will identify key talent needs to execute business strategy and develop plans to proactively address the needs of the customer. Match supply to the demand, close roles, manage scheduling issues & execute sourcing strategy across one or more channels to optimize resource plans considering cost & availability of resources.

The Talent Supply Demand Analyst is responsible for managing scheduling of resources for their respective resource pool, undertaking the critical set of processes which helps to identify and propose right talent from a resource pool to ensure fulfillment of all open roles and for managing/monitoring people productivity targets.

The Talent Supply Demand Analyst focuses on supply/demand management activities in order to deliver resources to fulfill demand at right time and price to meet client needs. The Talent Supply Demand Analyst conducts ongoing reviews of supply and demand outlook and working with business partners accordingly to manage supply and chargeability in alignment with plan and forecast commitments:

• Determines ‘sourcing’ channel to fulfill demand
• Understands project assumptions and priorities (including demand priority) for roles
• Access “alternate pools” as necessary
• Filling roles assigned to their resource pools and for getting their people staffed
•Understands and communicates the DDC business details with focus on current year strategy and results; taking into account the talent strategy actions that need to be executed in the current year
•Ensures the requirements and considerations of the DTE are incorporated into the design of talent supply chain programs and initiatives
• Supports chargeability/productivity target fulfillment for DDC

WHAT WE

• Experience in HR or PMO area is an advantage

• Knowledge of HR core concepts, processes, procedures and policies

• Strong analytical skills
