IT Software testing lead

What will be your responsibility?
• Coordinate testing team for software applications
• Coordinate testing process
* Cooperation with clients during participation in projects
* Facilitate communication between all technical and business areas impacted by the testing effort
* Support and responsibilities for all testing of infrastructure components
* Coordinate participation of appropriate project test resources
* Report incident status and overall testing status to Project Management
* Verify that all testing documentation is complete and (plans, scripts/cases, pass/fail results) has been stored in the designated location

What are we looking for?
• IT educational background
• Testing lead experience
• Ability to develop and lead SW testing process as a whole
• Knowledge of testing methodologies
• Testing experience in SCRUM very beneficial
• Very fluent English
• Ability to structure work very well
• Strong team player
• Ability and willingness to coach junior colleagues
Optional experience with SQL Server Reporting Services or Programming / SW development experience
