WHAT WILL
YOU DO

Methods & Quality Team is responsible for management, control and operation of Accenture Delivery Center (DC) organizational processes designed to support DC projects and assure/control the quality of delivery.

• Set up of new projects to be compliant with policies/rules used within DC as consistent with agreed standards
• Ensure the proper process management and control activities are performed across the DC projects
• Evaluate the adherence of project practices against organizational definitions
• Support projects in proper usage of standards and advise about project/process related questions
• Perform quality control and quality assurance activities by auditing the mandatory requirements
• Verify the correctness of project deliverables and validate that they meet organizational requirements
• Identify non-compliances and gaps, and provide the assistance to solve them and to improve the implementation of processes
• Produce quality audit reports and corrective action plans
• Identify good practices and support their sharing in similar projects across the DC
• Manage and maintain DC organizational asset repository
• Analyze, prepare for local adoption and implement metrics/reporting techniques
• Prepare Accenture DC to pass external audits/appraisals based on the independent international standards/models and participate on these audits/appraisals as an interviewer or interviewee
• Develop and conduct trainings related to specific project/process related topics
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders from DC projects to gain their opinion/ideas for improvement
• Collect, review and propose for implementation the selected organizational improvements
• Support continuous process improvement by increasing the quality of project management processes and updating organizational process assets

WHAT WE
EXPECT

• University degree and fluent English (both written and verbal) is mandatory
• Good knowledge and proven experience from project and/or process management in IT
• Independently identify key issues and deviations from standards
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, focus on details, drive for results
• Influencing and coaching skills, good cross-department collaboration skills
• Team oriented with ability to work independently on tasks assigned directly to him/her
• Certification with related experience of one or more of the following ITIL V3, PMI, PRINCE 2, Lean Six Sigma, CMMI, ISO/IEC (e.g. 20000 or 27001) and/or Agile SCRUM is an advantage
