WHAT WILL
YOU DO

  • Creating and updating internal communication tools:
  • writing articles; translating them from English to Slovak and vice versa
  • working with internal communication templates; editing pictures, photos
  • updating presentations and other tools according to brand guidelines
  • working with online tools (Content Management System, tool for mass email distribution)
  • updating selected internal portals
  • creating online company newsletters
  • updating offline internal communication tools (posters, notice boards, LCD screens)
  • assisting with CSR activities (donations, volunteering events)
  • Administrational support of the internal communications team:
  • invoice processing
  • stock administration

WHAT WE
EXPECT

Requirements: University degree; experience in marketing, communication or media is an advantage

Skills: Excellent command of English, proactive, able to work independently, client oriented, good command of MS Office tools

Start date: contractor position – unlimited period contract, full time employment, start date upon agreement
