WHAT WILL
YOU DO
- Creating and updating internal communication tools:
- writing articles; translating them from English to Slovak and vice versa
- working with internal communication templates; editing pictures, photos
- updating presentations and other tools according to brand guidelines
- working with online tools (Content Management System, tool for mass email distribution)
- updating selected internal portals
- creating online company newsletters
- updating offline internal communication tools (posters, notice boards, LCD screens)
- assisting with CSR activities (donations, volunteering events)
- Administrational support of the internal communications team:
- invoice processing
- stock administration
WHAT WE
EXPECT
Requirements: University degree; experience in marketing, communication or media is an advantage
Skills: Excellent command of English, proactive, able to work independently, client oriented, good command of MS Office tools
Start date: contractor position – unlimited period contract, full time employment, start date upon agreement
