Internal Communications Lead (contractor)

As part of our Marketing & Communications team in Slovakia, we are looking for an Internal Communications Lead to be part of an exciting journey as we innovate to transform our communication from the traditional to the digital and online world. You will be responsible for planning, budgeting, developing and executing the internal communications strategy for our 1 500+ employees in Slovakia and, in addition, also for additional few hundreds of our Technology division employees across four countries in Central Europe.
You will develop messages and campaigns to engage our employees, showcase the best of what is Accenture, work closely with the leadership to support their communication needs and help other departments in getting their messages across.
You will benefit from a global network of Marketing & Communications professionals, share best practices across the globe and in your region, gain an understanding of the digital transformation that is driving the business change and develop valuable experience in working in a dynamic, innovative, multicultural and future driven environment.

• A communications professional with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in internal or external communications or PR
• A university graduate with a major in marketing or communications or a similar field of study
• An experienced communicator with a track record of successful communication campaigns
• An expert in writing and speaking in English
• A tech savvy social media user
• A person who understands that communication is not about fancy campaigns but about reaching business objectives
• An avid and curious learner, eager to take on new things
• A high achiever, self-starter and a confident person who can listen but can also stand his / her ground
• A motivated individual who commits, delivers, reviews and learns from his / her mistakes
