YOU DO

• Communication with vendors and sites via phone, email, chat
• To make postings of Invoices and Credit Notes in SAP
• Issues clarifications with sites and vendors
• General Admin Tasks, processing letter mail from sites
• Monitoring non-payers and follow up with sites
• Archiving
• Monitoring non-payers and follow up with sites

WHAT WE
EXPECT

• very good written and spoken English and French
• very good communication skills
• analytical skills
• High degree of independence,
• Resilience and flexibility
• Solid Excel knowhow
• basic accounting knowledge is advantage
• English and French spoken and written
• Knowledge of German language is advantage
