Senior IT Recruitment Specialist

Senior IT Recruitment Specialist is accountable for the internal client A-Z delivery, business partnership (up to Senior Managerial level) and responsible for recruitment activities of the team members according to defined recruitment demand.

• Responsibility for recruiting pipeline of IT profiles, meeting recruiting targets for Technology division
• Screening applications, conducting face to face interviews with candidates, scheduling second interviews and managing contracts for candidates
• Participation and preparation of recruiting and sourcing events and activities
• Understand recruiting demand and skill profiles
• Working with recruiting system accordingly recruiting needs and processes
• Ensuring all paperwork related to candidates documentation and contracts is done and prepared for further use
• Ensuring all paperwork is received and completed according to policy and internal controls
• Preparing statistics and reports based on requirements
• Following recruiting process and propose improvements
• Direct reports to recruiting lead
• Team spirit contribution
• Cooperation with agencies and external sourcing organizations
• Cooperation with internal clients

• min. 3 year of experience in in Talent acquisition (any practice)
• University degree
• Communication skills (able to handle proactive “direct cold calls”)
• Ability to search candidates on the internet (social media like LinkedIn, Xing etc)
•Ability to search in databases
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications (MS Office)
• Good team player with interpersonal skills
• Must be able to pay attention to details
• Good problem solver and good organizational skills
• Fluent level of English language
