WHAT WILL
YOU DO
• Responsibility for recruiting pipeline, meeting recruiting targets and understanding of recruitment demand
• Screening applications, conducting face to face interviews with candidates, scheduling second interviews and managing contracts for candidates
• Participation on recruiting and sourcing events and activities
• Following recruiting process and propose improvements
• Ensuring all paperwork related to candidates documentation and contracts is done and prepared for further use
• Ensuring all paperwork is received and completed according to policy and internal controls
• Preparing statistics and reports based on requirements
• Direct reports to recruiting team lead and recruiting lead
• Team spirit contribution
• Cooperation with agencies and external sourcing organizations
• Cooperation with internal clients

• 1-2 years of experience in recruiting
• University degree
• Communication skills (able to handle proactive “direct cold calls”)
• Ability to search candidates on the internet (social media like LinkedIn, Xing, etc.)
• Ability to search in databases
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications (MS Office)
• Good team player with interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) language
• Must be able to pay attention to details
• Good problem solver and good organizational skills
• University degree
