WHAT WILL
YOU DO

The Procurement Customer Service Agent will be responsible to provide first line support to client users and stakeholders regarding procurement operations topics within set turn-around-times and quality targets, following appropriate control environment and client procedures.
The Procurement Customer Service Agent will handle incoming queries from the client business users and third party via calls or emails, provide estimated resolution timescales, resolve queries within set turn-around-time and quality targets, report or escalate issues (when required) that cannot be resolved in line with defined procedures.
Ensure resolution of incoming queries via phone/email:
o Answer incoming calls within the set turn-around-times
o Provide query first resolution to users where applicable
o Follow professional behaviour and general guidelines for efficient client communication
o Promptly inform the supervisor about the non-functionality of the telephony system
o Provide resolution of queries/issues raised via standard ticket request via email
o Follow set turn-around-times and quality targets for queries/issues resolution and attain to client procedures
o Manage communication with suppliers and provide to supplier’s Purchase Orders when required
o Support client with amendment of Purchase Orders if required
