Procurement/R&F agent with Hungarian and English Language

• Validate and verify requisition is completed based on agreed procedure and ready for submission to preferred supplier(s) based on Category cards
• Receive & analyse vendor response
• Finalize requisition with updated requirements and information per agreement with supplier
• Create Purchase Orders based on the client’s policies
• As required, follow up with requisitioners or approvers responsible for receiving and resolve outstanding receipt non-compliance issues
• As required, follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and correct payment of goods/services
• Manage and execute the R&F process for Indirect Procurement category clusters: Professional Services, Engineering, Facility, Marketing & Communication, Science, Utilities & Waste
• Manage specifications, using the category cards, for the provision of specific goods or services in line with the business.
• Accountable for maintaining quality and service standards to support the overall Accenture-Client(s) relationship and to deliver continuous improvement

• Very good written and spoken Hungarian skills
• Very good written and spoken English skills
• Good interpersonal skills (needs to be able to build relationships over the phone without meeting suppliers / client on a regular basis), also to leverage the Accenture internal network of category experts where required
• Very good communication skills , ownership , willing to solve the issues, , flexibility, detail oriented
• Procurement and analytical background
• Good IT procurement skills, PC (Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
