Accounts Payable Customer Service Agent with Polish or Hungarian Language

WHAT WILL
YOU DO

• Resolve phone/Email queries from vendors and client. Mainly ensure timely resolution of legal cases and delivery stops. Escalation point due all delivery stops based on not paid invoices.
• Review pending invoice issues to identify unusual or long pending items and select the correct procedure to verify or adjust these
• Deal with external sources in order to resolve complex queries and problems
• Ensure working procedures & controls are updated
• Ensure to provide high level professsional service to the client
• Play active role in continuous improvement projects which significantly influence quality of work processes in AP

WHAT WE
EXPECT

• English – Advanced
• Polish - Advanced or Hungarian - Advanced
• Strong systems skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point...)
• SAP knowledge is advantage
• Proven experience in data processing, computer applications, management information system or call center applications
• Understanding of Accounts payable and investigations in SAP
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, pro-activity and ability to work on own initiative
• Strength of character and tenacious approach to ensure timely resolution
• Ability to gain the cooperation of colleagues in other departments in order to meet priorities and deadlines
• Proactive in solving problems
• Strong ownership
• Good team player
• Analytical, precise and well organized
