WHAT WILL
YOU DO

A dual role where Country Recruiting Lead Slovakia is responsible for the internal end to end recruitment delivery, business partnership up to leadership level and management of the recruitment team for all Accenture’s business entities in Slovakia and Technology Recruiting Lead Danubia is responsible for Technology recruiting service delivery across Danubia region (Romania, Slovakia, Hungary and Czech Republic)

Key responsibilities:
• Manage recruitment delivery for all business entities in Slovakia
• Drive stakeholder management with internal clients up to Accenture leadership level
• Lead recruitment team and provide them career management, performance management and coaching
• Define and manage strategy for recruiting pipelines and meeting recruiting targets
• Drive and coordinate recruiting and sourcing events and activities
• Manage post-offer management and onboarding process
• Coordinate internal transfers across all business entities
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for various business functions
• Manage recruitment budget
• Oversee relationship with recruitment agencies and external sourcing organizations
• Act as a primary point of contact for technology recruitment across Danubia region (Slovakia, Czech Republic, Romania and Hungary)
• Provide counsel to entity leadership across Danubia on technology recruitment related issues
• Give strategic guidance, enablement, thought leadership and operational assistance to the technology recruitment teams across Danubia
• Work with Danubia Country Recruiting Leads responsible for Technology to achieve delivery, quality, diversity and costs targets for recruitment
• Ensure compliance and control of all recruitment activities and processes for Technology recruitment across Danubia
• Manage Technology recruiting service delivery across Danubia and ensure alignment with business and recruiting strategic objectives

WHAT WE
EXPECT

Qualifications:
• University degree
• 7+ years of relevant recruitment experience in a senior leadership facing role
• Fluency in English language
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications (MS Office)

• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of the latest recruitment trends including social media
• Problem solving, organizational and analytical skills
• IT/Consulting/outsourcing industry experience (optional)
• Outstanding time-management skills
