OTC Analyst with German and English language

Responsible for Accounts Receivable activities including

• preparation of dunning letters according to dunning run schedule,
• analysis of customer accounts and account statement distribution
• preparation and distribution of month end reports
• responding to customer inquiries
• communicating with the client concerning the processed items
• cooperating with Cash Applications team in Delhi
• cooperating on additional critical tasks under the direction of supervisor

• Intermediate in English and German language
• Previous accounting experience or experience with accounting systems are advantage
• Good computer literacy MS Tools (e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Team player
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Responsibility and accuracy
• Flexibility, within defined parameters
• Co-operates with and supports team members as required
• Shares knowledge and experience with other members of team
• Able to acquire new skills in appropriate time scales
