Business Processes Agent – paid parttime job, that includes development of skills while working in international company

What will be your responsibility:
You will obtain experience and skills within different fields of outsourcing while using and improving your foreign languages on everyday basis. Beside working experience in different areas of business process outsourcing, you will get regular trainings in negotiation, cross-cultural communication, client facing and other areas important in international working environment.

What will you do:
• Receive vendor response and trigger appropriate actions
• Finalize requisition with updated requirements and information per agreement with supplier
• Validate and verify requisition is completed based on agreed procedure and ready for submission to preferred supplier(s) based on instructions for Procurement team
• Perform general office support functions and various administrative duties
• Gather and consolidate data
• Create value added Analytics and reporting
• Regular checking of requisitions in the respective databases, preparation of documentation materials for the client communication as well as internal use, check of the created Purchase Orders
• Prepare all administrative tasks related to the implementation of local initiatives and operational support of designed workforce
• Responsible for completion of straightforward, stand-alone tasks or transactions within detailed instructions and predefined procedures
• To create and maintain partnerships between customer service and external as well as internal customers in order to keep stable customer base
• To provide timely, accurate and relevant service related information in order for them to be delighted
• Solve problems largely by precedent with referral to detailed instructions/procedures
• Perform data entry and research in various systems and tracking tools
• Finalize requisition with updated requirements and information per agreement with supplier
• Solve discrepancies with suppliers
• Participate on trainings to obtain various information about procurement and sourcing, accounting, negotiation, effective and crosscultural communication, etc.
What we are looking for:
- Good written and spoken German or French language
- Good written and spoken English
- Microsoft Office on user level
- Good communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients, team members and colleagues
- Ability to work on own initiative
