WHAT WILL
YOU DO

The Sourcing Execution Sr. Analyst will work as a key member of the Procurement Team within Accenture's Manufacturing Practice. This position will be responsible for sourcing a wide range of industrial materials and services for our clients with a focus on finding effective saving opportunities.

The categories in scope will be:

• MRO (Maintenance, Repairs and Operations).
• Packaging.
• Basic Materials.
• EEC (Engineering, Equipment and Construction or “Capex”).

Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to, RFI/RFP development, market assessment, strategy development, contract negotiations and contract management. The Sourcing Execution Sr. Analyst will also communicate with suppliers to gather timely, accurate and complete market intelligence.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and implement cost savings projects across all categories in Manufacturing Practice: MRO, Packaging, Basic Materials and EEC.
• Build working relationships with stakeholders.
• Work collaboratively with suppliers and client stakeholders to identify and execute continuous cost and performance improvement strategies.
• Prepare and lead tenders at all stages, including market research, preparation of RFI and RFP, issuing tender via Ariba eRFX tool, bid proposals evaluation, etc.
• Work with Client and Accenture Legal to establish contracting standards, negotiate to acceptable commercial position while following due client process.
• Re-negotiate existing Agreements.
• Perform total cost of ownership evaluations, perform supply-market research and conduct pricing audits and impact analysis for the pursuit of continuous cost improvements.
• Coach and develop team members in their performance and professional development.
• Contribute to the development of market intelligence insights across various sub-categories.
• Participate in office tours for prospective clients.

WHAT WE
EXPECT

The ideal candidate will have:

• A degree in a quantitative discipline, preferably business, finance, economics, engineering, logistics or mathematics.
• Experience in Procurement.
• Experience in Project Management.
• Experience working within a manufacturing/industrial environment is an advantage.
• Proficiency in German
• Good communication and organization/time management skills.
• Strong work ethic, high motivation and the ability to challenge the status-quo.
• Competency in negotiation and contracting processes.
• Proficient with the use of MS Office software: Word, Excel, Power Point.
• Ability to adapt to the varied corporate cultures and organizational structures of our clients.
