ESourcing Analyst with Russian and English language

An eSourcing analyst is responsible for performing Sourcing analytics, identifying, developing and administering requests for proposals and Sourcing activities for the client. These need to be performed for indirect spend and commodity purchase.

• Review and analyze client requirements. Assist in determining best procurement strategy to meet these requirements.
• Identify and source potential suppliers based on the requirements provided by the client.
• Proactively develop and maintain productive working relationships with key customers and suppliers with a focus on understanding, addressing and incorporating client-specific contractual requirements into supplier agreements.
• Collaborate with Category Managers and Global Category Leads to ensure alignment with broader strategy, inclusive of establishing supplier agreements and meeting client requirements.
• Pre-qualify suppliers based on prior experience and performance in the category, financial strengths/ratings and ability to meet/provide current requirements.
• Determine and assist in developing RFx Selection Model for supplier solicitation.
• Help the client in negotiating terms and conditions with the help of Accenture legal, as well as pricing with selected suppliers. Ensure best pricing, terms and conditions for all requirements specified by the client.

• Create and release PO’s as a buyer in client ERP. Track and monitor requests in client ERP and drive appropriate actions for closure of requests. Provide support to the client’s end users by understanding requirement, assisting the users in buying decisions and releasing PO’s on time to selected vendors.
• Provide suppliers and end users a comprehensive overview of contract execution tasks with focus on requisitions and payment for services rendered.
• Track and monitor supplier performance, aligning to overall supplier management framework for the category. This includes monitoring and managing supplier deliverables against agreed SOW/ milestones and work with end-users to take appropriate action in the event of delay/non-delivery.
• Support the development of a detailed Statement Of Work (SOW) containing user requirements and supplier expectations.
• Support on contract negotiation and terms & conditions finalization

• 3-5 years of experience in Procurement or sourcing
• Procurement Sourcing experience
• Familiar with indirect sourcing market
• General knowledge of contract law, drafting specifications / Statements of Work and evaluating supplier responses to select a winning bidder
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Power Point skills
• Experience using any e-sourcing software solution as a Buyer
• Strong communication skill in English and Russian
