WHAT WILL
YOU DO

The person will be responsible for Customer Service - providing first line support for all users regarding sourcing enquiries within the applied application to achieve SLA targets and maintain the appropriate control environment.
The person will be responsible for Quality check - responsible for qualitative checking of purchase requisitions based on the policy established by client, approving, rejecting purchase requisitions, proper tracking of quality check activities in internal tracking tool.
Customer Service
Handle all incoming calls and emails from the client business and suppliers of Procurement or Accounts payable system nature
• To be the prime contact for clients’ enquiries
• To be ready to answer to the client’s or supplier´s requirements in the professional manner by demonstrating and using of professional knowledge
• To create and maintain partnerships between customer service and external as well as internal customers in order to keep stable customer base
• Proactively initiate follow-up calls
• Solve problems largely by precedent with referral to detailed instructions/procedures
• To ensure the continuous improvement of response time to complaints and queries
• To have full scale knowledge and to be able to recommend the most appropriate solution for the customer and answer clients’ questions regarding our services
• Provide timely, accurate and relevant service related information in order for them to be delighted
• Ensure the continuous improvement of business outcomes utilizing best practices available and innovative environment

Quality check
  • Quality check of purchase requisitions based on the policy established by client
  • Rejecting PRs in case they do not meet agreed criteria
  • Approving PRs that meet the criteria in order to be moved to Procurement team
  • Proper tracking of quality check activity in internal tracking tool

WHAT WE
EXPECT

• Good interpersonal skills (needs to be able to build relationships over the phone without meeting suppliers / customers on a regular basis)
• Good IT procurement skills. PC (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP (SAP) or other eRequisitioning tools essential.
• Very good written and spoken English and Turkish
