Recruitment Marketing Analyst

• Advertising (online, offline, out of home etc.)
• Career events either organized by Accenture or by 3rd party (career fairs, professional events-university lectures, workshops, conference or social & sporting events)
• Social media (preparing content, publishing, monitoring etc.)
• Campaign management (planning and running dedicates/tactical as well as integrated cross Accenture recruitment marketing campaigns)
• Direct e-mails (preparing content, distribution)
• Candidate database management
• Campus activities
• Promotion of internal Employee Referral Program
• Career website management
• Relationships with key student organizations
• Copywriting
• Planning, budgeting and reporting
• Other administration tasks (vendor management, purchase orders, invoicing etc.)

• University degree with maximum up to 2 years of work experience
• Work experience in marketing is must
• Work experience in HR marketing or recruiting is advantage
• Excellent written & spoken English
• Microsoft office package on advanced level
• Good communication skills
• Good copywriting skills
