WHAT WILL
YOU DO

The DC Operations team is a specialist group of Accenture resources based in the Bratislava Delivery Center. The team assists at creating solutions to tasks and requests tracking and reporting for the projects in the Delivery Center. Solutions are generally prepared using MS Access, Excel and SharePoint environments. It includes communication with other departments, team leaders and managers in order to find the best solution. Patience in communication and ability to provide own insight are required. Normally, the job scope does not cover gathering and processing data.

What will be your responsibility?
• Maintain key internal databases – correct data, communicate actively with internal customers to ensure data accuracy
• Create reports for further decision making purposes for management upon request
• Resolve technical problems with tracking tools (in MS Access and SharePoint), identify solutions and fixes, improve design
• Understand and continuously learn about inner-company methods and knowledge
• Cooperate with other teams in Accenture
• Design/provide regular/ad-hoc reports
• Design new tools

WHAT WE

• Advanced Microsoft Office Skills (mainly MS Access and MS Excel)
• Advanced VBA and SQL knowledge,
