WHAT WILL
YOU DO

The Contract Administration Analyst will facilitate the development and execution of a variety of third party commercial contracts in accordance with Accenture’s policies and procedures, applicable laws, and other requirements. The primary categories of contract expertise are IT, HR, Marketing, Travel and Facilities. While we are committed to category specialization, there could be a requirement to focus on other categories/retrain in future, i.e. if the nature of Accenture spend or how we approach it changes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
• Carry-out contract administration and support contract creation activities
• Develop local addendums for Global contracts in English across a number of EMEA countries and document local requirements for the future
• Prepare and disseminate information regarding contract status, compliance, modifications;
• Support contract finalization and administration activities by acting as a contact between the sourcing team and/or business unit and Accenture local legal counsel, ensuring that all legal and contractual matters are addressed efficiently and promptly;
• Support EcoSign (electronic contract signature) process
• Support supplier contracts related due diligence and administrative activities for Ventures and Acquisitions
• Ensure that all contracts, NDAs and agreements are filed in the contract repository
• Maintain and update contract databases and disseminate information as appropriate

WHAT WE
EXPECT

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience;
• Experience working with a variety of contract types and contract processes is preferred;
• Past experience with drafting NDAs and agreements in any of the following areas is preferred: IT, Marketing, Professional Services, Travel, Facilities,
• Fluent in English, any other major European language such as French German, Italian, Spanish is a plus;
• Previous experience in procurement / sourcing is an advantage;
• Experience with contract reporting highly desirable (i.e. total number of contracts, number of suppliers under contract, and other indicators) to assess progress and effectiveness of the contract function;
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
TRAVEL:
• Travel could be 0-5% in this role
