Sourcing Execution Senior Analyst with French (Car Fleet and Travel Category)

The Sourcing Execution Senior Analyst will work as a key member of the Car Fleet and Travel Category Teams on the Accenture Internal Account. Within this position the candidate will be responsible for sourcing projects, SRM and car fleet management activities with the guidance of the EMEA Category Lead as well as independently managing tactical sourcing and contracting projects in the Travel category. With a degree of existing procurement knowledge in Car Fleet and Travel, this position will offer the successful candidate the opportunity to further develop his/her specialized skills within the Sourcing and Category Management profession. While we are commited to category specialisation, there could be a requirement to focus on other categories/retrain in future, i.e. if the nature of Accenture spend or how we approach it changes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
• Support sourcing projects in the Car Fleet Category in English and French
• Independently manage low value, tactical sourcing projects in Travel, especially Hotels category
• Manage suppliers through all aspects of the RFx process
• Engage with customers to drive and communicate progress
• Manage supplier and customer relationships related to car fleet management activities
• Manage contracting process with the support of Legal Counsel to ensure appropriate contractual terms are implemented with all suppliers
• Work closely with the EMEA Category Lead to ensure alignment of local activity with the global category strategy
• Support delivery and tracking of cost savings and other agreed targets

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
• A bachelor’s degree
• Fluent English and advanced French language skills, any additional major European language is a plus
• Previous Procurement experience of at least 3 years
• Previous experience in Car Fleet management of at least 1 year
• Experience sourcing or spot buying in the Travel (Hotel) Services category is strongly preferred
• Good project management skills and ability to organize own work
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication, organization/time management and problem solving skills
• Knowledge and understanding of procurement operations and procurement systems such as Radix and Ariba Sourcing is a plus
