Sourcing execution senior analyst in Marketing with English (Spanish of French nice to have)

The Sourcing Execution Senior Analyst will work as a key member of the Marketing Services Category Team on the Accenture Internal Account. Within this position the candidate will be responsible for supporting strategic sourcing projects with the guidance of the EMEA Category Lead and independently managing tactical sourcing and contracting projects for different European countries. With a degree of existing Marketing Services procurement knowledge this position will offer the successful candidate the opportunity to further develop his/her specialized skills within the Sourcing and Category Management profession. While we are commited to category specialisation, there could be a requirement to focus on other categories/retrain in future, i.e. if the nature of Accenture spend or how we approach it changes.
• Support strategic sourcing projects in Marketing Services Category
• Manage suppliers through all aspects of the RFx process
• Engage with customers to drive and communicate progress
• Independently manage low value, tactical sourcing projects in the Marketing Services category
• Negotiate commercial terms as part of standard contracting activities
• Manage contracting process with the support of Legal Counsel in multiple countries
• Undertake supplier market research projects as required
• Support implementation of Supplier Relationship Management programs as applicable

• A bachelor’s degree
• Fluent English, any additional major European language (especially Spanish or French) is a plus
• Previous Procurement experience of at least 3 years
• Experience sourcing or spot buying in the Marketing Services category is preferred
• Good project management skills and ability to organize own work
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication, organization/time management and problem solving skills
• Knowledge and understanding of procurement operations and procurement systems such as Radix and Ariba Sourcing is a plus
